Laura Bates is the feminist, activist and writer behind the international Everyday Sexism Project, a crowd-sourced collection of stories from women around the world that draw attention to hidden and blatant sexist acts and attitudes. She is coming to the Ropetackle to discuss her new book, Misogynation, which joins the dots to reveal the true scale of discrimination and prejudice women face. The event is organised by City Books, Hove. Picture of Laura Bates: Claudia Schneider.
